Who is the training for?
Our CPD and Royal College of Nursing accredited training, which has been endorsed by Skills for Care, has been developed to help anyone working in an environment where they are responsible for the care of others.
What will the training cover?
RECOGNISE the emotional impact
Enabling you to identify the physical and emotional impact of your role, the risk factors, signs and symptoms of Compassion Fatigue and vicarious trauma.
RESPOND to the symptoms
Exploring a variety of practical and sustainable self-care strategies; including how diet, exercise and sleep can affect mental health and influence emotional resilience.
RECOVER for resilience
Practical techniques that have been proven to enable relaxation including, breathing techniques and mindfulness and helping you prioritise self-care and self-compassion.

The training is tailored specifically to your needs and those of your organisation, we will meet with you before the training is delivered to discuss your individual needs.
How do I know this will work?
We have taught hundreds of staff from very diverse backgrounds and roles. We continually monitor the ongoing effectiveness of our training using pre- and post-course questionnaires and provide detailed feedback to the organisation.

We are the only UK based training company to deliver bespoke courses designed to enable attendees to explore the impact of Compassion Fatigue on their mental health and wellbeing. Our courses are accredited by the IATP (International Association of Trauma Professionals), Skills for Care and the RCN (Royal College of Nursing). The full course holds 6 CPD accreditation points/hours.
