- techniques to foster and sustain emotional resilience
The courses are 6 or 3 hours and can be run either in person or virtually over a live webinar. They are interactive and engaging and each one will be tailored to the specific needs of the organisation.
We are the only UK based training company to deliver bespoke courses designed to enable attendees to explore the impact of Compassion Fatigue on their mental health and wellbeing. Our courses are accredited by the IATP (International Association of Trauma Professionals) and the full course holds 6 CPD accreditation points.
We strongly believe that there is little point in delivering training that is not both effective and delivers sustainable results. All participants fill out a pre-course questionnaire and are then re-assessed at intervals to monitor the ongoing impact and effectiveness of the training.
The anonymised results of all monitoring and feedback are shared with the organisations who book our training.
We are incredibly proud of our results. Previous attendees of our course have seen dramatic improvements in the morale and resilience of their teams. We have reduced staff turnover and absenteeism and helped Managers implement changes to create a more supportive and compassionate work environment.
