At EF training, our mission is to empower individuals and Organisations to understand and react to the impact of stress and secondary stress through training tailored to the needs of learners.

What is Emotional Resilience?

Emotional resilience is the ability to adapt to stressful situations, cope with adversity, and bounce back from challenges, trauma, or emotional distress. It doesn't mean avoiding pain or difficulty, but rather being able to navigate through them with flexibility, strength, and a positive outlook.

What is Compassion Fatigue?

Compassion Fatigue is the normal reaction to working in an environment where you witness another's stress or trauma. It cannot be avoided, but through greater awareness of the causes, symptoms and risk factors, individuals can learn strategies to mitigate the effects.

How we work

EF training was founded in 2018 and provides accredited training that addresses the impact of Compassion Fatigue, vicarious trauma and workplace stress.

Our training can be offered in person or virtually with flexible timings, and we also provide self-paced pre-recorded versions. 

Using measurable data, fed back to the stakeholders, customers will be able to see the impact of our training on both the company and the team, including decreased sickness levels, reduced staff turnover, and increased staff morale. 

Individuals will notice an increased emotional resilience, a more positive attitude towards their work, improved physical and mental health and a better work-life balance.

Ongoing support is provided for all course participants through e-books that complement the training, quarterly newsletters and self-care gifts.
